Y & R Paris, along with Coty is bringing the new Vespa range of perfumes for men and women. The fragrance is designed to evoke the feeling of riding a Vespa in the countryside or the Côte d’Azur. The ‘Scent of Freedom’ photographs by Diane Sagnier depicts the Italian lifestyle. This campaign will be limited to Sephora outlets across Europe.

Oct 24, 2013: Vespa formally launched the 946 in USA. The Vespa 946 was presented in the Bulgari store at the prestigious 5th Avenue, Manhattan. Priced from 9,946 USD, the launch of Vespa 946 marks a new chapter in the history of Vespa USA.

Designers, fashion photographers, and journalists gathered to celebrate the  of the “Ricordo Italiano” collection of the Vespa 946. The Ricordo Italiano collection will end production in November. The production is limited to 3,600 units alone making the Vespa 946 exclusive to the lucky few.

Miguel Angel Galluzzi , director of Piaggio Advance Design Center based in Pasadena, California was also present. Vespa also officially confirmed the impending launch of an all new Vespa – Vespa Primavera.

VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out

Sept 17, 2013: Spazio Broleto, the Piaggio Group showroom in Central Milan was one of the hotspots in the Vogue Fashion Night 2013. “We are Presidents”, the DJ trio formed byOZ, Paul and Manuel, played to the two-wheeler fans gathered for the event.

The Vespa 946 Ricordo Italiano and the Moto Guzzi California was presented to the fashion elites at the event.

Sept 17, 2013: Vespa 946 marks a new direction for the brand. Vespa USA announced the availability of the long waited 946. It will be available at U.S. and Canadian dealerships in November with an MSRP of $9,946.

Vespa 946 – Italian styling at its best

The Vespa 946 will be revealed each year as a collection. Limited numbers will be earmarked for each country. Each collection will have updated colours, premium finishings, customizations and accessories. The inspiration is obviously the fashion industry.
